i hate the whole sleep thing!!  my son was sleeping fine through the night, but has recently been getting up regularly around 2am.  i’ve gone in to nurse him over the past week because he’s been congested, but now i think it’s a habit.  any suggestions how to break this too?

that is a tough one!  i usually just keep my son in the stroller when he falls asleep, but a carrier is difficult.  i know this sounds lame- but we just always play the same white noise whenever it is naptime/bedtime so my son knows it is time to go to bed.  but, i think it is different for each baby, so that’s a tough one.

someone also suggested to me to use a sock and just cut a few slits in the top so the kiddos can still grab things, but at least their palms stay warm!
